The three tier milano fountain is a recycling fountain system that makes use of a 1.8m fibreglass pond as its reservoir. The surrounds for the pond come in 5 separate pieces. For best results a 2.1m round concrete slab can be used for its foundation. A good knowledge of basic construction techniques and appropriate tools are recommended for installation.
